Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Our room was very quiet. Loved having the comfortable sofa with foot stool in room. The TV swiveling to have the option to watch on bed or on sofa was nice. Having large size bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash provided in the shower was a plus. Breakfast was a great selection with hot and cold food items. Along with a selection of cold and hot beverages provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. One Elevator was out of service, but we didn't have long wait times for the elevator. Location is great as well to get on I-10 close to Six Flags, RIM, UTSA, La Cantera Mall, Medical center and straight shot downtown.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The facility is always clean, and is located near lots of eating options. The Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

The facility is conveniently located. The facility was clean inside and out. The room was very comfortable, bed and pillows very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Sheets and towels soft and clean. The breakfast in the morning provided many nice options, and everything was prepared well. Staff was always friendly, and willing to help.

The room was comfortable. My Mother-in-Law stayed with us in the room, and the fold out couch was very comfortable. The room was a nice size, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast in the morning was good. Lots of different options, and we had no problem getting enough to eat. The little bar, and refreshment area at the front desk was convenient.

The staff was great! Always felt welcomed. The breakfast was decent they had a variety to choose from. My room was always kept clean with new linen and towels. Could not hear other guests which was great because I have a baby. Checking in and out was an easy process. Overall satisfied with my stay.

Family of 5(Paid the extra fees) but toiletries were not replenished in 3 nights 4 days. Pool a bit dirty,nothing that stopped the kids to used it lol. Staff AMAZING! The only thing stopping us from giving you the full 5 star rating are those details,willing to comeback next time to see if details were taken care of 😉

Location is great there is a great barbecue restaurant next to the hotel, and rooms are big and nice.

the staff - from the front desk to the people working the breakfast area. in particular, Suzy was excellent and she came to table at breakfast and asked how our stay was and what Hyatt could do to make our stay more memorable. We have never had someone do this before so Suzy is definitely a keeper 😊

The pool is always good, & breakfast is good! The facilities & staff are always good! The beds are very comfortable.
